The Chief Architect
Dr. N. Elangovan, a seasoned professional with close to three decades of experience in the animal health industry, is celebrated for his visionary entrepreneurship and industry expertise. His journey combined performance-driven leadership with strong business acumen through which he led the strategic acquisition of 19 brands, each with an established market presence of 7 to 16 years, with many over 16 years, laying a solid foundation for the company’s growth.
Mrs. Saraswathy Elangovan
Co-Founder & Chairperson
Mrs. Saraswathy Elangovan is the Co-founder and Chairperson of IRIS Life Solutions, where she drives the company's vision and strategic growth with passion and clarity. With over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, Saraswathy has led IRIS Life Solutions through significant expansion, building a resilient operational platform and nurturing a high-performing team of over 125 professionals.
A PGXPM alumna of the Great Lakes Institute of Management (in association with the Kellogg School of Management), she blends strategic insight with decisive execution. Her forward-looking leadership has established IRS as a leading animal health company in India, with a focus on innovation, capability building, and sustainable long-term value creation.
